I'm looking forward to speaking with you about the challenges you're facing and how therapy may help.
There are many reasons people come to therapy. Sometimes life can be difficult to manage. You may be left feeling confused, overwhelmed, frustrated, out of control, or hopeless. Relationships that started out wonderfully can fill up with disappointment, conflict, or resentment. Unexpected tragedies happen, resulting in trauma, grief, anxieties, depression and more. When your life suddenly changes, or you find yourself stuck in patterns that aren't working for you, therapy is a great place to begin the process of making changes that relieve suffereing and put you more in charge of your life.
The first steps toward relief can come sooner than you think.
I provide a warm and comfortable place where together we can examine what works and doesn´t work in your life and find new ways to approach your problems. I take a pragmatic and caring approach to therapy that aims at making significant strides toward improvement from the beginning. Therapy works best when it draws on strengths and resources you already have but for one reason or another have become blocked and unavailable. By freeing up these resources, you are able to more effectively deal with your immediate problems - and even more, you become more flexible, broaden your range of choice, and are able to take more responsibility for other challenges that life will inevitably throw your way.
If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
